Family business
Typical trajectory characterized by quick access thanks to a relative (husband or father) with his own company, which provides full access, training and integration. These are the only two interviews in which respondents do not recount discriminatory situations and sexual or gender harassment; therefore their sector vision are more positive. Each case could pose as a typical sub-trajectory:
- the woman who helps her husband and when he dies she continues with the company, and
- the daughter who, in a crisis, takes refuge in the family business (as his brother does).
